My Canon Printer is Offline, what to Do?

Reconnect Device to Wi-Fi

  1. Disconnect the plug from the printer and leave it ON for a few minutes.
  2. Restart the printer and the router to check the internet connection.
  3. Turn ON the computer and connect it with the wireless network.
  4. Run a connection test on the computer. Click the start button.
  5. Go to the control panel of the computer.
  6. Enter the control panel in the search box from Start.
  7. Select the hardware and sound > device and printers.
  8. It finds the available printers within the range.
  9. Now right-click on the canon printer.
  10. Click the Canon Printer to check the user printer is offline or not.
  11. It is checked it displays with the tick mark on it.
  12. Click the Canon printer again and choose all the documents to cancel.
  13. Select any file from the computer and check whether the Canon.

Restart Print Spooler
